License Agreement

This License Agreement governs your use of the HypTrb platform, including our website and mobile applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HypTrb apps and services for their intended purpose: connecting creators and brands for marketing campaigns.

Content and Campaigns

Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, subject to the usage rights agreed in each campaign brief. Brands receive the rights described in the campaign terms once content is approved and paid for.

Payments

Payouts to creators are processed after campaign completion and approval by HypTrb. Fees and payment schedules are disclosed within the platform before you accept a campaign.
